Completed forms must be submitted seven (7) days prior to the start of the tournament.
TEAM ROSTER INSTRUCTIONS:
Download the "ABC Tournaments Team Roster" Excel file below and fill it out completely. Then rename the file in the following format: "Team Name Age Division Roster" (example: "Tigers 12u Roster"). Upload the completed Excel file by clicking the "Upload Team Roster Here" button below.
PLAYER WAIVER INSTRUCTIONS:
Download the "ABC Tournaments Waiver and Pledge" PDF file below and have a parent/guardian of player on the team roster fill it out completely. Scan each of the documents and combine them into one PDF file. Then name the file in the following format: "Team Name Age Division Waivers" (example: "Tigers 12u Waivers"). Upload the completed PDF file by clicking the "Upload Waivers Here" button below.
